Legora and SS&C Intralinks, the AI-enabled dealmaking platform for high-stakes financial transactions, today announced a strategic technology integration. Through DealCentre AI, the integration brings Legora’s agentic operating system directly into Intralinks deal workflows, enabling joint customers to run legal due diligence, drafting, and full-data-room analysis on the Legora platform without leaving the secure deal environment that financial institutions and their counsel rely on.

Intralinks has supported M&A, capital markets, debt, restructuring, and fund-side transactions for nearly three decades, and is used by the world’s leading investment banks, law firms, private equity sponsors, and corporations. The integration reflects Intralinks’ broader vision for DealCentre AI as an open, governed AI ecosystem for deal teams. By connecting AI platforms like Legora to the deal room with Intralinks’ security, permissions, and workflow controls, DealCentre AI helps joint customers apply AI in a way that is practical for live transactions – without sacrificing governance, control, or trust.

Until now, applying AI to that work has generally required moving documents out of the Intralinks data room and into a separate environment, with its own permission model and its own copy of the file. The Legora-Intralinks integration is designed differently.

Through this integration, mutual customers can combine Legora’s platform with Intralinks’ governed deal lifecycle platform, DealCentre AI, to:

• Run Legora-based analysis across an entire Intralinks data room: Deal teams can deploy Legora across a full data room to surface red flags, identify missing or inconsistent documents, and triage diligence at the deal level, compressing review cycles that have historically consumed weeks of each transaction.

• Conduct document-level diligence and analysis directly on the Legora platform: Lawyers, bankers, and investors can navigate the Intralinks folder structure directly from the Legora platform and apply Legora’s capabilities to any document, folder, or category - from a single material contract to every employment agreement in the data room.

• Draft directly against live deal documents: Prepare disclosure schedules, transaction memos, diligence reports, and other deal-stage documents in Legora, with Intralinks documents available as source material for grounded, citation-backed output.

A key advantage of the integration is governed AI. Through DealCentre AI, Intralinks serves as the authoritative control layer for document access, ensuring that AI-powered workflows on Legora respect the same entitlements, deal structures, and security policies already in place in the data room. That means joint customers can move faster with AI while preserving the governance standards demanded by high-stakes transactions. A user on the Legora platform can only access and act on documents that they are already entitled to access in Intralinks. There is no parallel permission set to administer, no manual approval step to clear before AI review can begin, and no access control risk across the two platforms.

The Intralinks integration extends Legora’s reach to every party on every major M&A deal, without forcing any of them to leave the deal infrastructure they already use.

Legora customers with access to Intralinks data rooms can expect:

• Native access, not export: Legora reads directly from Intralinks data rooms. There is no document export, and no need to manually upload and download documents across platforms outside Intralinks’ security boundary.

• Security, compliance and permission inheritance by design: Intralinks remains the single source of truth for deal-room access. Permissions flow through to Legora automatically, with no duplicative provisioning or parallel approval workflow. DealCentre AI extends bank-grade security, governance and audit trails to MCP clients like Legora.

• Full transactional coverage: From M&A diligence and capital markets work to restructuring and fund-side reviews, the integration applies to the full range of high-stakes transactions that run through Intralinks data rooms.

The integration will be available to any Legora customer with access to Intralinks DealCentre AI in the coming months.
