Today, we are making the Legora Agent available to all our customers.
The Agent is remarkable on its own, but inside the Legora aOS™, it becomes a legal powerhouse. It's a generational leap from assistive AI to agentic execution, redefining what lawyers can achieve. Where legal AI tools have historically required lawyers to own and drive the work, the Legora Agent works with you and for you — while you're with clients, your kids, or even while you sleep. Give the Agent a task, and it will plan, execute, review, and deliver the final product, involving you where human judgment is required.
The Agent is the engine of the aOS, with access to all the knowledge and tools it needs to drive execution forward. It dynamically selects the right tool based on the task — creating a Tabular Review, running Legal Research, analyzing Monitors — all while respecting the security and compliance standards required for enterprise legal work.
Here are a few examples of what the Agent can do:
Automated due diligence with the Legora Agent
M&A teams will find this situation familiar: a 100-document data room, eight practice areas, three weeks from VDR drop to a signed SPA, two senior associates and a junior pulling long nights for weeks. The Agent, on the other hand, accesses the same VDR, builds a multi-phase plan that mirrors how a deal team divides work, and dispatches sub-agents to work in parallel across corporate, IP, commercial, employment, real estate, data protection, litigation, and tax. It pauses when judgment is needed, flagging the calls a senior associate would otherwise pre-write. Forty minutes later, the draft report is complete, structured to the firm's house style, with risks flagged red, amber, or green.
A pleadings matrix in 30 minutes, not days
For a litigation team, a pleadings matrix — mapping every paragraph of a statement of claim against the defense — is days of mechanical copy-paste work. It’s menial work, but has to be done and it almost always lands on a junior lawyer or paralegal. The Legora Agent can produce an 82-paragraph matrix in about 30 minutes, following the firm's formatting instructions paragraph by paragraph. The junior gets more capacity. The partner gets the document they expected.
A regulator publishes new rules. The Agent reads everything
For in-house teams in regulated industries — banks under AML, life sciences under MHRA, telcos under licensing — a new regulation can trigger a scramble. Weeks or months of legal time to find every affected policy and apply specific edits across each. The Agent can analyze new regulation against the existing policy library, identify the affected documents, draft the redlines, and return them for in-house counsel review in minutes.
Work that used to be "two associates and a week" is now "one instruction and a coffee break." The judgment stays where it belongs. The grunt work doesn't.
