South Korea is one of Asia’s largest legal markets, with a legal services sector worth an estimated $17.7 billion and some 32,000 practicing lawyers. The country’s leading firms operate at the standard of their London and New York counterparts, advising Korea’s global conglomerates on transactions and disputes that span the markets Legora already serves.

Legora enters the market with a product built to support Korean practice from day one. This includes a Korean-language interface, HWP document support and Korean legal sources that are expanding rapidly. The company is now adding key features to localise the product further for the Korean market, meaning lawyers can research, review and draft across Korean- and English-language matters in a single workflow.

Legora is hiring a Seoul-based team spanning legal engineering, technical support and commercial roles, with Korean speakers across the team.
