That's why we built Lists: the one place where legal work lives and gets managed, populated by the Agent, cited to source, and shared by the whole team.
How it works
Getting started with Lists is straightforward. You can pick from one of our templates, ranging from Closing Checklists to Chronologies to Prospectus Verification. There are templates across Corporate, Finance, Capital Markets, Disputes, Real Estate, and Regulatory practices. When the work in front of you doesn't fit a template, you can easily create your own.
Upload your source documents — a credit agreement, evidence files, a draft prospectus — and the Legora Agent populates the list. Every condition precedent on the closing checklist. Every event on the chronology. Every material statement in the verification log. Each row arrives structured, with a status, an assignee, and a link back to the exact clause or paragraph of origin.
From there, your team gets to work on the list. Assign owners. Add comments. Update statuses. Sign off. Everyone working from the same live version. Whether your team is on Legora's Agent or the Assistant, both are wired to help you modify, update and complete your list items.
