RDJ has announced a partnership with Legora following a successful pilot earlier this year, that will give RDJ lawyers access to AI tools such as AI assistants, tabular review and workflow automations. These tools enhance contract drafting, case analysis, and data extraction, helping professionals deliver a more comprehensive and effective service to RDJ’s clients and will be rolled out across their offices in Cork, Dublin and Galway.

A unanimous success

Earlier this year, RDJ conducted a comprehensive trial of the Legora platform across multiple practice areas and scenarios. The results were unanimous—100% of participants said they would recommend Legora to a colleague. Following the successful pilot, RDJ are implementing the platform firmwide.

Jamie Olden, Managing Partner at RDJ, commented: “At RDJ, we are committed to supporting our people and bringing a fresh perspective to how legal services are delivered in Ireland. Earlier this year, we became the first law firm in the country to achieve B-Corp certification, and our partnership with Legora is another step in staying ahead in a fast-changing landscape. Piloting the platform gave us a clear view of its potential and I see it being a core enabler of RDJ’s future growth, competitiveness and client value”.

Unlocking a new future

Connie Wiseman, Chief Information Officer at RDJ, added: “Legora is more than an investment, it’s part of a wider technology strategy to reshape the way we deliver legal services for clients. It simplifies workflows, enhances collaboration, and unlocks efficiencies across the firm. Most importantly, it gives our people time back to focus on the complex, judgement-driven work that clients value”.

Emma McGowan, Senior Engagement Manager from Legora, said: “One of the most rewarding aspects of this partnership has been travelling to RDJ's offices and supporting teams directly. Meeting the lawyers in person and helping them gain real, practical value from Legora has been genuinely energising. It was a pleasure to meet so many enthusiastic users across Cork, Galway and Dublin during our recent training sessions and workshops, and I look forward to continuing to work closely with teams as they adopt the Legora”.

Looking ahead, Legora and RDJ will continue to work closely to identify opportunities to refine how teams integrate Legora into their workflows, and broaden the areas where it delivers fast, lasting impact as the technology evolves.
