Seamless integration

The new programme will see a seamless integration that allows legal professionals to access documents stored within NetDocuments directly from within Legora, either by manually selecting files or by using natural language prompts. 

Legora and NetDocuments will then work together – NetDocuments will transfer the selected content directly into Legora, Legora will execute the prompt, and then return the AI-generated content back to NetDocuments to store them securely in the right location.  

No manually finding, downloading, transferring, editing, re-saving, re-uploading, and overwriting files - saving valuable time, guaranteeing better version control, and facilitating more seamless  collaboration. This respects security and keeps the content in one source of truth. 

Whether lawyers are initiating tasks like summarisation or contract review, this integration ensures content remains securely anchored in the system of record, eliminating the need for duplicative downloads or external file handling.
