The firm will be a design partner across Legora’s next generation of legal research and regulatory monitoring tools.

Legora, the agentic operating system for legal professionals, today announced a strategic partnership with Hogan Lovells Cadwalader, providing the platform to its lawyers across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. The partnership follows an extensive pilot in which more than 1,300 lawyers across 18 practice teams put Legora to work on real matters in capital markets, banking and finance, M&A, disputes, real estate, and tax and regulatory work. Lawyers took part from across the firm’s global network, including New York, Washington, D.C., London, Frankfurt, Paris, and Luxembourg.

Hogan Lovells Cadwalader was formed in 2026 through the merger of Hogan Lovells and Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft, creating a combined firm of more than 3,300 lawyers across over 36 offices and the world's fifth-largest law firm by revenue. The firm selected Legora after a competitive evaluation, with teams across practice groups and geographies testing the platform against their day-to-day work.

“Legora has been supporting our lawyers across a range of legal work and helping us explore new ways to deliver high-quality service to clients, while maintaining the professional judgment that remains at the heart of what we do,” Miguel Zaldivar, CEO of Hogan Lovells Cadwalader.

Hogan Lovells Cadwalader will also be a design partner, helping to further develop two areas of Legora's roadmap:

  • Agentic Legal Research, shaping which U.S. sources and research workflows get built first, and testing early versions against live research questions ahead of general release.

  • Monitors, Legora’s regulatory horizon-scanning tool, guiding the sources, jurisdictions, and alert logic most relevant to its global regulatory practice.

“Hogan Lovells Cadwalader didn't choose us lightly, and that scrutiny is exactly why their input will make Legal Research and Monitors better for every firm that uses them next. That's the kind of partner our roadmap is built for,” said Max Junestrand, Founder and CEO of Legora.
