Deal teams will be able to bring the documents they are permitted to see in Ansarada seamlessly into Legora for diligence, drafting, closing checklists, and more.

Ansarada, the AI-powered virtual data room for M&A, capital raising and restructures, and Legora, the agentic operating system for legal work, today announced a new integration: deal teams will be able to browse their Ansarada data rooms from inside Legora and import the documents they need for AI-powered deal work. It will be especially valuable for law firms and in-house teams in Australia and New Zealand, where Ansarada has long been part of how transactions get done.

On a live deal, the key documents sit in the data room while the analysis happens in Legora. Moving them across platforms usually means downloading files, rebuilding the folder structure, and uploading everything again, often against a tight timetable. The integration replaces those steps with a few clicks inside Legora.

Legora customers with access to an Ansarada data room will be able to:

  • Browse their data rooms inside Legora: See the folders and documents they can already view in Ansarada, without having to leave the Legora platform.

  • Import documents and folders in one step: Choose the documents or folders a task calls for and bring them into a Legora project, with the data room’s folder structure carried over.

  • Run diligence on the imported documents: Summarise documents, pull out key terms, and work through due diligence with Legora Agent, or compare documents side by side in a Tabular Review.

  • Draft and manage the close: Draft from the imported documents and build closing checklists in Legora Lists.

Users sign in with their own Ansarada login, and Legora will only show the rooms, folders, and documents they are entitled to see under their Ansarada permissions. Every document brought into Legora will be recorded in the data room’s own audit trail under the user’s name, so room administrators keep the visibility they have today.

“Ansarada exists to keep deal information secure and every step of a transaction accounted for,” said Michael Dean, Chief Operating Officer at Ansarada. “Connecting with Legora gives mutual customers a direct route from the data room into legal AI, on the terms their room administrators have already set.”

“Ansarada has been part of how deals get done in Australia and New Zealand for two decades, and many of our customers here run their transactions through it,” said Heather Paterson, VP Revenue, APAC at Legora. “Bringing those data rooms into Legora reinforces our position as the legal operating system for end-to-end legal work, as deal teams can take data room documents from first review all the way to closing, all without having to leave the Legora platform.”

The integration is available in beta today to Legora customers with access to an Ansarada data room.
