Team Legora

At Legora, we know that transformative legal technology only delivers real impact when it’s adopted at scale. That’s why the collaboration with Wardyński & Partners, one of Poland’s leading law firms, stands out. What began as a focused pilot evolved into a full-firm rollout – an adoption that reflects not just trust in our platform, but a deep commitment to shaping the future of legal work.

Legora's journey with Wardyński began nearly a year ago and quickly gained momentum. From day one, the firm showed a clear ambition to lead the way in legal innovation. “Since then, both the product and the way that we use the product has exponentially developed,” said Max Junestrand, Co-founder of Legora.

This alignment made the collaboration more than a rollout. It became a shared mission to transform how legal work is done across practice areas.

Beyond legal advice

Wardyński & Partners is widely respected not just for legal knowledge, but for their approach to client relationships. “Clients come to Wardyński not just for legal advice,” said Mirella Lechna-Marchewka, Partner, “they also come at moments that really matter for them.”

That human-centred perspective has been central to how the firm approaches AI: not as a replacement for expertise, but as a powerful extension of it.

“The sooner we start, the sooner we will be leading the market,” Mirella added.

Built for high-performance legal teams

One of the earliest and clearest signals of value came from the Dispute Resolution and Investigations group, where time pressure and complexity are daily realities. “Adopting AI was a natural journey for us,” said Łukasz Lasek, Partner. “Legora is enabling us to run extra miles within the limited time.”

Łukasz’s team quickly saw benefits in legal research, where Legora’s ability to surface detailed insights across hundreds of cases gave them an entirely new level of depth. “We can check hundreds of cases at the same time and search for small details that otherwise, in many cases, you would not be able to do.”

From experiment to enterprise rollout

What started with a handful of teams quickly turned into something bigger. “When we saw the difference Legora was making for our users,” explained Michał Gliński, Managing Partner, “it became clear that we had to make this available firm-wide. It wasn’t about pushing at all – it was about ensuring everyone could benefit from the efficiency, quality, and depth it added to their work.”

This kind of firm-wide scale-up is what defines a successful transformation. Rather than treating AI as an isolated tool, Wardyński & Partners embedded it across the practice – turning Legora into a foundational part of their legal operations.

Leading with purpose and perspective

The mindset of the firm’s leadership has been pivotal in shaping this journey.

“Artificial intelligence has already become as important to society as the internet,” said Tomasz Wardyński, Founding Partner. “This kind of tool should be for the sake of enlarging the space, not restraining it.”

This perspective, which emphasises the role of AI as a tool for amplification, has created the right cultural environment for lasting adoption and innovation. At Legora, we often say we’ve taken the company from 0 to 1. But the real journey, the one that changes how legal work is delivered at scale is going from 1 to 100. That path demands committed partners, thoughtful rollout strategies, and a deep belief in what’s possible.

“Being able to do that together with firms who are also on that journey, has just been tremendously exciting,” says Max.

Wardyński & Partners didn’t just adopt Legora. They activated it across the firm. They’ve shown what’s possible when legal AI is embraced not as an experiment, but as a core capability. And in doing so, they’ve taken a clear leadership position in Poland’s legal market.
