BAHR is pleased to announce a pioneering collaboration with Rettsdata and Legora, providing its lawyers with access to comprehensive legal resources through Legora’s advanced generative AI platform. This partnership represents a significant step in integrating legal data with AI technology in Norway, enhancing BAHR's client service.
To get the most out of AI, three components are required: technology, AI-enabled processes, and high-quality data. The collaboration between BAHR, Legora, and Rettsdata represents a major step forward in the use of artificial intelligence within the legal sector. By integrating Rettsdata’s extensive legal sources into Legora’s AI platform, BAHR’s lawyers can access laws, regulations, precedents, and preparatory works in real time. This integration enables informed legal analysis and supports complex workflows, ensuring legal advice based on the most current data.
Enhancing legal services through AI
“This collaboration underscores BAHR’s commitment to using AI as part of our continuous strive for superior client service delivery,” says Thomas K. Svensen, BAHR’s Managing Partner. Svensen continues: "Direct access to key legal sources enables us to use AI much more integrated into our work processes, including benchmarking against precedents.”
Svensen further highlights AI support as necessary for tackling the increasing complexity of legal matters: “We’re facing growing complexity and larger data volumes in our matters, and therefore we believe AI support will be crucial for efficiently analysing and ensuring quality that meets our clients’ high expectations.”
Setting a new standard in legal innovation
Max Junestrand, co-Founder and CEO of Legora, comments on the partnership: “Collaborating with BAHR and Rettsdata is an exciting innovation for the legal industry. Our mission is to empower exceptional lawyers with the latest technology, enhancing their efficiency and precision. With BAHR demonstrating true leadership in AI adoption and Rettsdata facilitating leading legal data access, this partnership sets a new standard for how leading firms integrate work."
“Through our collaboration with BAHR and Legora, we demonstrate how legal technology can be developed and applied responsibly. Legal sources from Rettsdata are made available to BAHR via API, without the data being used to train generative AI models," says Cecilie Bergenstjerna, CEO of Gyldendal Rettsdata.
