You are responsible for:
Keeping your access credentials (e.g. username and password) safe and private.
Notifying Legora immediately via email to legal@legora.com if you suspect or discover unauthorized access to, or use of, Legora’s services and/or any access credentials.
Ensuring that you have necessary rights to use any third-party content included in your Input.
Evaluating the accuracy of Output and verifying that the use of Output does not violate third-party rights.
You agree not to:
Use Legora’s services in a way that infringes, misappropriates or violates any person’s rights, including to create, share or store clearly offensive or inappropriate material.
Transfer Your right to access or use Legora’s services to any third party or share accounts.
Attempt to reverse engineer or derive the source code of Legora’s software or any portion thereof, except as permitted by applicable law.
Modify, customize, port, translate, localize or create derivative works of Legora’s software.
Use any automated or programmatic method to extract data or Output from Legora’s services, including but not limited to scraping, web harvesting, or web data extraction.
Use Your access to Legora’s services to build a product or service which competes with Legora’s services.
Use the Services in a manner that interferes or attempts to interfere with the proper working of Legora’s services, including but not limited to introducing or permitting the introduction of any virus or malware into Legora’s network and information systems.
