We are pleased to announce our partnership with Waselius, a distinguished Finnish law firm recognised for its legal acumen and service excellence, as highlighted by several legal ranking institutes, such as Chambers and Partners, IFLR1000 and Legal 500.

This collaboration signifies Waselius' initiative to incorporate generative AI technology into their legal practice, which has a special focus on complex business transactions in M&A, finance, and capital markets as well as sophisticated legal advice in, for example, financial regulatory, IPR, tax and employment law. We have already started working closely with them on incorporating additional resources into the Leya platform, and the integration aims to enhance the efficiency and quality of services offered by Waselius.

We look forward to working closely with Waselius to explore and implement strategies that will foster a successful implementation of generative AI across their business.

“I first saw the Leya product in late autumn and thought they were onto something interesting. What I’m most excited about is the speed at which the team is developing and their drive to create solutions for us lawyers. We’re looking forward to being part of that journey and adopting AI into our processes in a trustworthy and efficient way.”
Timo Lehtimäki, Partner, Waselius

“We had the pleasure of meeting with the Waselius team on-site in Helsinki, and I couldn't be more excited about working together and supporting them on the journey of adopting generative AI into their daily work.”
Max Junestrand, CEO, Leya
